Our cacao mass (also known as cacao paste or cacao liquor) contains 50% cacao solids and 50% natural cacao butter - ideal for creating your own chocolate creations with precise control over sweetness.

Regular dark chocolate typically has 35-45% fat content. Most commercial chocolate bars contain added cacao butter beyond the natural amount in cacao mass.
